Resistance Range: 1. Rated Voltage: The resistor shall have a DC continuous working voltage or a RMS AC continuous working voltage at commercial-line frequency and waveform corresponding to the power rating, as determined by the formula: E(RCWV)=PR, where E=Rated voltage(V), P=Power rating(W), R=Nominal resistance().
Our companys products are produced under low temperature processing applicable to IR reflow surface mounting devices. It is comparatively not applicable to wave soldering which will possibly cause the risk of ablating the element protection layer and the front conductor, leading to drift of the resistance value and ablation of the markings.
Our products are tested with our companys tapping & testing equipment using a four-feet probe to touch the back of both electrodes. If different testing points or methods are requested, please advise beforehand for customized production.
Marking code: 5% marking code refers to E24 data (e.g., 120K, the marking code is 124 in E24). Array resistors 1% & 5% code is the same. Jumper zero-ohm resistor marking code is one '0' (except for types below 022R).
