Storage and Handling
- Storage Environment: Temperature 30, Humidity 70%. MBB (Moisture Barrier Bag) not opened ensures 24 months storage.
- Storage Conditions: Avoid atmospheric contaminants (HCl, H2S, H2SO4). Store away from high temperature and high humidity.
- Soldering Suggestion: Maximum Soldering Temperature: 270 for 4S. Pre-heating: 105 for 1min.
