Usage Rules

  • Operating Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature limit. Avoid overload and exceeding maximum pulse current.
  • Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead wire root. Be cautious of lead tip sharpness.

    - Wave Soldering: TP 110C (120s), Ts 120C (45s). For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4s.
    - Soldering Iron: Tip temperature 350C, time 3s.
