The CBB81/PPS series high-voltage metallized polypropylene film/foil capacitors (impregnated type) are designed for high-voltage and high-frequency pulse circuits. Featuring a metallized polypropylene film and aluminum foil composite with an internal series non-inductive structure, these capacitors offer low loss, low internal temperature rise, and high dv/dt and overcurrent capabilities. They are widely used in applications such as TV and display deflection circuits (S-correction and line flyback waveforms), electronic ballasts, energy-saving lamps, surge absorbers, and SCR rectifier circuits.

Usage Rules

  • Operating Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature limit; avoid overload operation; do not exceed maximum pulse current.

  • Soldering: Confirm solder temperature within the specified range (e.g., Wave soldering: TP 110 for 120s; Ts 120 for 45s. For leads P7.5mm, T4mm, wave soldering time < 4s. Iron soldering: tip temperature 350, time 3s). Not suitable for reflow soldering.
