Product Overview

The BFCN-5540+ is a LTCC bandpass filter designed for the 4620 to 6640 MHz frequency range. It offers a passband insertion loss of 1.2 dB, with 22 dB lower stopband rejection and 30 dB upper stopband rejection. This filter supports up to 1W of RF input power and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55 to +100C. Its LTCC construction ensures excellent performance repeatability and a compact 1206 ceramic package with wraparound terminations, minimizing parasitic effects and saving space in dense PCB layouts.
