The DSC612 is a MEMS-based, crystal-less clock generator family offering an ultra-small footprint and low power consumption. It generates up to two independent LVCMOS output clocks with frequencies ranging from 2 kHz to 100 MHz. Utilizing Microchip's PureSilicon MEMS technology, it provides low jitter and high stability, eliminating the need for external crystals and enhancing reliability.
