Product Overview

The EMI814x is an innovative family of Common Mode Filters (CMF) offering integrated ESD protection, a first in the industry. This solution enables differential signaling I/Os to benefit from both common mode filtering and ESD protection within a single package. The EMI814x provides robust protection against ESD pulses up to 15 kV contact per the IEC6100042 standard. It is ideally suited for safeguarding high-speed differential ports such as USB 3.0 and MIPI D-PHY, as well as corresponding ports in removable storage and other applications requiring compact ESD protection. Available in RoHS-compliant XDFN6 (1 Differential Pair), XDFN10 (2 Differential Pair), and XDFN16 (3 Differential Pair) packages.
