Product Overview

The CM1420 and CM1422 are EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection, featuring six and eight Pi-filters (C-R-C) respectively. These devices offer robust ESD protection on every pin, capable of dissipating 15 kV ESD strikes (IEC 61000-4-2) and 30 kV contact discharges (HBM). With component values of 15 pF - 100 - 15 pF and better than 30 dB attenuation at 1 GHz to 3 GHz, they are ideal for filtering data lines and protecting sensitive components in portable electronics. The OptiGuard coating enhances reliability during assembly, and they are available in space-saving, low-profile chip scale packages with RoHS compliant lead-free finishing. These arrays are particularly well-suited for LCD display data lines in clamshell handsets, as well as general EMI filtering and ESD protection for high-speed I/O data ports in wireless handsets, notebook computers, and PDAs.
