BZMJ Series Self-healing Low Voltage Parallel Capacitor

The BZMJ series self-healing low voltage parallel capacitor is designed for power factor improvement and voltage quality enhancement in AC power systems with a rated voltage of 1000V and below. It features a metallic polypropylene film dielectric and rapeseed oil impregnation, offering advantages such as smaller volume, higher reliability, adaptability to higher ambient temperatures and voltage fluctuations, improved sealing, convenient and secure wiring, and a corrosion-resistant metal casing.

Notes

  • For phase voltage, divide line voltage by 3 for YN connection.

  • Customization for low-temperature environments (-40~+50) is available.
  • For altitudes above 2000m, consider higher rated voltages (0.48kV for 2000m-3000m, 0.525kV for >3000m).
  • Specialized switches, contactors, electronic composite switches, and overcurrent relays are recommended for systems with parallel capacitors.
  • Capacitors require a 3-minute delay before re-energization and must be short-circuited for discharge after power disconnection.
  • When using miniature circuit breakers for short-circuit protection, select 2-3 times the rated current; avoid closing breakers with capacitors connected. For capacities >30kvar, use RT36 fuses.
