Control input (output enable/disable): Logic 1 or open on pad 1 enables the oscillator output. Logic 0 on pad 1 disables the output to high impedance.
Waveform measurement system should have a minimum bandwidth of 5 times the frequency being tested.
The device timing during normal operation is shown in the figure. When the device is in standby, the oscillator stops. Upon release from standby, the oscillator starts and provides a stable output after a short delay.
