The SG-8101 series is a programmable crystal oscillator designed for a wide frequency range of 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with 1 ppm step. It supports a broad supply voltage range from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and features output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. Available with various frequency tolerances (15 ppm, 20 ppm, 50 ppm) and operating temperatures (-40 C to +85 C or -40 C to +105 C), these oscillators utilize PLL technology for short lead times and are compatible with the SG-Writer II programmer. They are suitable for applications requiring precise frequency control and low power consumption, including automotive electronics.
